As Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Jay Bart is responsible for the development and execution of our global human resources strategy in support of the overall business and strategic direction of the organization. Jay is a seasoned Human Resources executive with over 25 years of experience in successfully leading organizational effectiveness, building high-impact leaders and teams and driving business growth in industry-leading companies.
He has broad-based business experience working with leaders and employees across six continents in technology, life sciences, manufacturing, and service industries. Before I2c, Jay held human resources leadership positions for Silvaco, Pan International and Barona. Jay is a PhD Candidate from Claremont Graduate University in Information Systems, Master of Science in Homeland Security.
