Payment and Technology Industry Veterans Join i2c

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – December 21, 2015 – i2c, a global provider of smarter payments and integrated commerce solutions, today announced the expansion of its global sales and marketing operations teams to manage continued growth and new market opportunities. The company appointed Fiona Gellatly to vice president of sales, responsible for expanding sales operations and growing the customer base in North America, and has added key global product marketing and sales engineering and enablement leadership.

As vice president of sales, Ms. Gellatly will be responsible for building out the sales team and establishing deep relationships with key customers and partners to accelerate growth. She has 20 years of sales and marketing experience in payments financial services, having previously held senior sales and marketing positions at CardinalCommerce, InComm, Blackhawk Network, and GlobalCollect.

The company also added key talent to scale its global product marketing and sales engineering operations. Chris Craver joins i2c as vice president of worldwide product marketing, and John Sommerfield as vice president of corporate marketing. Mr. Craver has held senior product and strategy positions at IBM, Monitise, and M&T Bank, and Mr. Sommerfield has held marketing and communications positions at Salesforce and Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. Ed Ponte joins i2c as vice president of global sales operations. Mr. Ponte held technical sales, sales engineering, and sales success roles at Mindjet, Clairmail, and Monitise. The executives lead global teams based out of i2c’s Redwood City, CA headquarters and the company’s new Montréal, Canada operations center.
